Terms of engagement

These terms cover the use of cortexripple.click and the commissioned studies sold by Cortex Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. (“the house”), established in 2014, of 99/5 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210. By asking for a quote, paying a deposit, or continuing to read the site after this page, you accept them.

The work

A study is a written paper and a sitting. The scope is the corridor, yard, or supplier list named in the quote. Charts follow the records you provide. The house does not book freight, file customs entries, or negotiate with your suppliers.

Quotes and acceptance

A quote is an offer for the scope described in it. It expires after twenty-one days unless the note says otherwise. Work begins when the deposit is received and the records listed in the handover are in the house’s hands. A change of corridor, unit of count, or date window is a new quote.

Your records

You confirm that you have the right to share the files you send. You keep your own copies. The house may hold working copies until the paper is issued and for the retention period in the privacy note, then delete the working copies on request.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your records. The finished paper, once the remainder is paid, is yours to keep, copy, and show inside your business. Drafts, sketches, and the house’s methods of laying out a sheet stay with the house. You may not resell the paper as a template for other firms.

Sittings

A revision sitting is included as described on the study page. If you miss it without notice by the previous working day, the house may issue the paper from the draft and treat a later sitting as extra time, quoted before it is booked.

Liability

The paper describes what the records support. Future supplier behaviour, a customs outcome, and a stock figure you have not counted yourself sit outside that description. Liability for a commissioned study is limited to the fee paid for that study, except where Thai law does not allow a limit. The house is not liable for decisions you take after reading the paper, nor for losses from records that were incomplete when you handed them over.

Site use

The text and drawings on this website belong to the house unless a page says otherwise. You may share a link. You may not copy the pages into another commercial site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you hold as a consumer under Thai law.
