Two people, one table, and a habit of putting three dates on one sheet.
The registered business is Cortex Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. It was established in 2014 and still works from Lak Si.
In late 2013 a fittings importer near Don Mueang could not reconcile a supplier’s ship date with the afternoon the cartons reached the dock. Mali Chaichana, who kept the freight notes, asked Arun Vongchai, a draftsman used to mechanical plates, to draw the dates instead of arguing them. The sheet ended the quarrel. They registered the company the following year.
The first two years were a shared room closer to the airport. In 2016 the house moved to Vibhavadi Rangsit Road in Talat Bang Khen, where the sittings still happen. The early papers covered one corridor: a Samut Prakan workshop to a Bang Khen door. Later work added Lat Krabang releases, Khlong Toey handoffs, and client yards in Pathum Thani when the goods leave the city.
How a week is spent
Mali reads the records and refuses a match she cannot defend. Arun draws the sheet so a person standing at a dock can see the slip without a lecture. A small circle of clerks helps with photocopying and with the Bangkok-time check. Clients sit with the draft and leave with the paper.
What we hold ourselves to
We name the unit before we count. We keep depot nights and floor nights on separate lines. We mark a road delay only when someone wrote it down. We would rather pause a commission than invent a missing gate time.
The house is quiet on purpose. Sittings are late morning, by agreement, at 99/5 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210.
