How the house keeps what you send

Cortex Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd., of 99/5 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site and through a commission. You can write to hello@cortexripple.click or call (02-579-1162).

What we collect

From the inquiry form: your name, email address, the study you select, a corridor or yard description, an optional sitting date, and your message. From a commission: the business contact who hands over records, and whatever names, telephone numbers, and company details appear inside the files you choose to send. We do not ask for national identity numbers or payment card data on this site. Fees are arranged separately, off the form.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to reply and to prepare a quote. We use commission records to draw the paper you ordered and to hold the revision sitting. The lawful bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and, for the cookie choice described on the cookie note, your consent.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for eighteen months so we can find an earlier corridor if you write again. Working copies of your shipment records are kept until the paper is issued and for ninety days after, unless a dispute over the fee is open. The finished paper and the invoice record are kept for five years to meet ordinary accounting practice in Thailand. You may ask us to delete working copies sooner once the paper has been delivered.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. A clerk inside the house may see the files in order to photocopy or check Bangkok time. A professional adviser (for example an accountant) may see invoice details, not your yard logs, if the law requires the books. If a Thai authority lawfully demands a record, we will limit what we provide to what the demand covers.

International transfers

The house works in Bangkok and stores commission files in Thailand. Website fonts are requested from Google’s font service when your browser loads a page, which can involve a transfer outside Thailand. If you send us a file that already contains data about people in another country, you are responsible for having the right to send it. We do not move your yard logs to a foreign processor as part of drawing the paper.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that applies. You may withdraw cookie consent in this browser by clearing the site’s stored choice; see the cookie note. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. We answer rights requests within thirty days.

Children

The house’s work is for businesses. We do not seek information about children.
