Who brings this work
Buyers who keep a promise file and an arrival file, and who need to see which suppliers miss the window often enough to matter.
What leaves with you
A review that shows, for each named supplier, how often the arrival fell inside the promised window, how often it missed by a few days, and how often the miss was long enough to empty a bay.

The weeks
- Name list. You choose the suppliers. A name with fewer than four arrivals in the window is mentioned, then set aside so a single late truck does not dominate the paper.
- Windows. We use the window written on the promise, not a window we invent. If the promise only says “end of month”, we treat that phrase literally and say so.
- Reading. The charts are drawn, then the narrative describes the rhythm: steady, late-but-regular, or erratic.
What to gather first
Send the promise record and the arrival record with the same order numbers. If order numbers were reused across years, flag that in the note.
Where the paper stops
We do not assign fault for a missed window. A late truck, a closed gate, and a revised promise look different, and we only separate them when your records do.
