A commissioned paper that draws how goods moved along a single corridor, from a supplier’s promise through a yard or warehouse to your receiving door.

Who brings this work
Importers and light manufacturers around Bangkok who already keep supplier promises, yard logs, and receiving notes, and who want those three clocks on one sheet. Typical clients move a modest number of lanes — a Samut Prakan workshop to a Lak Si dock, or a Lat Krabang release to a Pathum Thani store — and do not keep a full-time analyst on the payroll.
What leaves with you
You leave with charts of promised handoff, yard arrival, and dock receipt for the agreed corridor, plus a narrative that names which days slipped and which days only looked late because the yard closed early. A partner who missed the sitting can read the paper later.
Inside the fee
- An intake sitting at the house or by telephone, usually two hours
- A written list of the records we need before any line is drawn
- Charts of promised date, yard date, and receiving date for the agreed window
- A narrative in English, typically fourteen to twenty pages, tied to those charts
- One revision sitting, in Lak Si or by video, within twelve days of the draft
Left outside
- Customs brokerage, freight booking, and insurance claims
- Rewriting contracts with suppliers or forwarders
- Installing anything on your warehouse systems
- Reconstructing weeks for which no yard log and no receiving note exist
- A second corridor, unless it is quoted on its own
The weeks
- Corridor choice. We name the supplier, the yard or warehouse, and the receiving door. You tell us which clock you already trust and which one has been arguing with the others.
- Handover. You send the promise log, the yard or gate record, and the receiving sheet for the same cartons. We confirm the columns before a chart is drawn.
- Drawing. The three dates are matched carton by carton where the codes allow it. Odd gaps go back to you while the draft is still open.
- Revision sitting. We read the draft together. One round of corrections is included. The finished paper is issued after that sitting.
What to gather first
Have at least one quarter of matched records, preferably two. Keep the original yard sheet as well as any spreadsheet already cleaned. If a column was dropped when someone retyped the file, say so before we start.
Where the paper stops
We draw what the records contain. A network of many suppliers, two legal entities, and a retail delivery fleet mixed into the same file needs its own quote. Dates are kept in Bangkok time unless you ask for a supplier’s foreign clock beside them, which we price after seeing the file.
How to begin
Write with the corridor’s names, the months you want read, and whether the yard is yours or a third party’s. We reply within two working days with a fee and a proposed start.
