A study of dwell for one warehouse or yard: arrival, first touch, and the day the goods left, drawn so a long stay is visible without a tour of every aisle.

Who brings this work
Warehouse leads and owners who suspect stock is sitting, but whose daily count only shows what is present today, not how long it has been present.
What leaves with you
A paper that separates a short pause at the door from a lot that has occupied the same bay for weeks, and that names the bays where dwell clusters.
Inside the fee
- Agreement on one yard or one warehouse building
- Charts of nights between arrival and exit for the lots in scope
- A table of the bays or zones where long stays gathered
- Commentary of six to ten pages
- One sitting to read the draft

The weeks
- Boundary. We agree the building and the weeks. Lots that arrived before the window and never left are listed once, then marked as still resident.
- Matching. Gate-in and gate-out are paired to the same lot code. Where the codes differ, we ask you for the map rather than guessing.
- Commentary. The long stays are drawn first. The commentary says whether they sit in one bay, one supplier’s goods, or across the floor.
What to gather first
Send arrival and departure records for the same lots. If the yard uses a handwritten gate book, a clear photograph of each page is acceptable. Name the timezone. Bangkok time is our default.
Where the paper stops
Without an arrival date and a later movement, we cannot speak about dwell. A file that only lists today’s balance belongs in a different conversation.
How to begin
Tell us the yard’s address and a rough count of lots in a normal month. We will say whether the starting fee still fits.
